We hope you find this site informative and that it gives you an idea of what we’re all about.
Our goal is to not only help you feel better, but bring vitality and well-being back into your life. That’s done by integrating numerous treatment techniques including soft-tissue therapy, chiropractic, exercise, nutrition, and really listening to what you want out of your visits here.
At Integra Chiropractic, we recognize that your time is valuable. The last thing we want is for you to spend more time with your chiropractor than with your family. Your problem will be identified and together we will come up with an effective solution and treatment plan. Dr. Baker spends quality time with each patient and discusses not only how to get you out of pain, but why you were in pain in the first place. No in and out in two minutes, no endless treatments without a discharge from care in sight, no questions unanswered, no feeling like you’re just a number.

Dr. Baker is now utilizing Graston Technique. For those who want more information on Graston, go to the links page and check out the slide show for Graston. For a brief summary, Graston utilizes stainless steel instruments to help break up scar tissue and adhesions formed in the fascia in and around muscles and joint. It's a great addition to ART and the physical reahabilition already in place at Integra.
